Customer Responsibilities :

You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files. We recommend backing up your templates after purchase.

Communication will primarily occur via email or our support system to ensure proper records and timely assistance.

Delivery of Services :

All resume templates are delivered digitally via download links immediately after purchase or within the stated delivery window.

Support inquiries or revision requests must align with the original product description. Customization services are not included unless explicitly stated.
